Privacy Statement

Last amended: March 2, 2026

Thank you for visiting Pawprint Lab and for taking the time to read this Privacy Statement (the "Privacy Statement" or "Statement"). This Statement explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with and why. We encourage you to read it carefully.

Please note that use of our online and mobile resources is also governed by our Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). By accessing, using, or placing an order through our online and mobile resources, you agree to these Terms.

Navigating Through This Statement

Some Important Vocabulary

This Privacy Statement is an important document that explains how we address certain legal obligations — and your related rights — involving personal information. The following terms have special meanings throughout this Statement.

When we reference "this Statement", "this Privacy Statement", or "our Statement", we mean the document you are reading now. Wherever we say "Pawprint Lab", "Company", "we", "us", or "our", we mean Pawprint Lab and its operating entities. We use "you" and "your" to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our online and mobile resources who are over the age of 13, or otherwise have verifiable parental consent.

Our "online and mobile resources" means all websites, applications, portals, or other features we operate to allow you to interact with us, as well as any mobile apps we distribute. An "affinity action" is when you follow, like, or take a similar action on our external social media presence.

"Personal information" means any information, data, or data element — whether in electronic or other form — that, alone or in combination with other elements, can be used to distinguish, trace, or discover your identity.

When and To Whom Does This Privacy Statement Apply?

This Statement applies to personal information collected from: (1) visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources; and (2) those who interact with our ads and content displayed on third-party sites. If we have legal obligations to other categories of data subjects — such as employees or vendors — we provide those separately through confidential contracts and policies.

How Do We Collect Your Personal Information?

We collect personal information in three ways: (1) when you choose to give it to us through voluntary submission; (2) through automatic collection via technical means when you visit or use our online and mobile resources; and (3) when it is provided to us by external sources such as marketing, advertising, or social media companies.

Voluntary Submissions

Here are some of the ways you voluntarily give us your personal information:

  • Creating Accounts — If you create an account, you will provide us with your email address and other identifiers.
  • Making Purchases — When you purchase through our online and mobile resources, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and other information needed to fulfill your order.
  • Signing Up for Newsletters — We collect certain information when you sign up to receive newsletters or other marketing material from us.
  • Contacting Us — If you reach out via our contact form, email, or text, you provide us with your contact details and any personal information included in your message.
  • Completing Surveys — We may invite you to complete post-purchase or product feedback surveys. Any information you share about your dog's health, age, breed, or supplement needs is used solely to improve your experience and our products.

If you prefer not to share the above personal information, please don't submit it. Your use of our online and mobile resources is entirely voluntary, and choosing not to share information will not result in any discrimination.

Automatic Collection

When you visit or use our online and mobile resources, information about your internet activity is automatically collected through your browser via tracking technologies such as cookies. Cookies are small text files downloaded onto your device that allow us to recognize your browser, store preferences, and understand how our site is used.

If you access our resources from a mobile device, your mobile service provider may transmit certain device-specific information that allows us to collect mobile phone numbers and associate them with device identifiers.

External Sources

We may work with companies that provide us with data — including personal information — so we can better serve audiences most likely to be interested in our dog supplement products. We also work with digital advertising and marketing partners who collect information through their own cookies and tracking technologies and provide it to us. We are not responsible for their data collection practices.

We maintain a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Our online and mobile resources may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms or sites. This Statement does not apply to our social media presence or any third-party sites to which we may link.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. You will need to exercise these opt-outs on each browser and device you use.

Retention. We retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law. Retention periods are determined by: (1) how long the information is needed for the stated purpose; (2) the type of information; and (3) any legal or contractual obligation to retain it.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When/With Whom Do We Share Personal Information?

  • Business Successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, or reorganization, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

In some jurisdictions, sharing information with marketing and advertising providers may be considered "selling" personal information or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. Categories of information that may be shared for these purposes include persistent identifiers, email addresses, IP addresses, and on-site activity data.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Certain browsers allow users to send Do Not Track ("DNT") or Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals. While we do not respond to DNT signals, we do honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request from the sale or sharing of personal information where required by applicable law. This opt-out applies only to the specific browser or device on which the signal is sent.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and other tracking technologies to operate and improve our online and mobile resources, and to collect, use, and share your information as described in this Statement. Types of cookies used on our site include:

  • Essential cookies — required for core website functions such as secure login and shopping cart operation.
  • Preference cookies — used to remember your settings and regional preferences.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies — used to show you relevant ads and personalize content based on your activity on our site and other websites.

Some content on our site may be provided by third parties who use their own cookies and tracking technologies. We do not control these third parties' tracking practices. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can choose to disable them, though doing so may affect site functionality.

Children's Privacy

Our online and mobile resources are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information through our resources, we will delete it promptly. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's online activity and discuss the importance of privacy online.

We operate our online and mobile resources from within the United States. Information collected through our resources may be stored and processed in the U.S. or any other country where Pawprint Lab or its service providers maintain facilities. Where applicable, we rely on the latest standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland to the U.S.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation

If you are located in the European Union, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). This section explains our GDPR obligations and your rights under that framework.

Legal Basis for Processing

We collect and use your personal information where we have your consent, where it is necessary to fulfill a contract with you, or where processing is in our legitimate business interests and not overridden by your rights and freedoms. Promotional Messages

By signing up to receive promotional communications from Pawprint Lab, you give us permission to contact you with offers and updates by email, SMS, or other channels. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You are solely responsible for any charges billed by your mobile service provider for text messages.

To unsubscribe from promotional emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To stop promotional text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. It may take a short period of time for your opt-out to take effect, and you may receive a few additional messages during that time.
